Right to Return
You may return any products you have ordered at our website notifiying us within 5 days from receipt of delivery (Special editions can be returned because of a factory mistake but not because the shoe did not fit). Goods cannot be returned after 20 days of receiving them. For Special Editions customers must show proof of production mistake and receipt of defective product.
All returns will be charged 5% restocking fee.
Shipping Expenses on returns will not be covered on international orders (Outside of US)
How to Return
Qualifying orders (US) can return the shoes to Bachelor Shoes. After receiving our email with the confirmation of return, ship your goods to Bachelor Shoes (always ask for a receipt to your carrier when dropping off your returned items). Bachelor Shoes cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage receipt and tracking number. Write your order number on the outside of the outer box not the shoe box itself (number must be visible to speed the exchange process).
Bachelor Shoes cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage or UPS receipt. We will provide store credit within five days after Bachelor Shoes received and inspectd the returned product from you. Shipping is not refunded. Orders cannot be returned for other reason than a production mistake or defect.
In case of international orders please ship your goods and optain proof of postage ( tracking is highly recommended). Shipping costs will not be covered by Bachelor Shoes.
We will refund you order minus 5% within 5 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
