All payments are done through our Merchant Terminal or Paypal. When you make a purchase from our site you agree our terms and conditions and to PayPal’s terms and conditions. We accept all major credit cards and payments. All prices are in US Dollars and credit cards will be debited in that currency. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and includes all costs associated with the purchase such as shipping.

Please always use our size calculator tool before purchasing. This tool allows customers to measure their feet and know their exact size. When using this tool our customers can be confident that the purchased shoe will fit perfectly. Use this tool for each type of shoes as our shoelast might change from Slipper to Boots. If your feet are wider than normal, let us know by writing in the provided "Notes" box at check out.
We collect data from orders that use our size calculator tool. If your order does not display usage when placing your order we will not cover the postage on your return.

Right to Exchange
You may exchange any products you have ordered at our website notifiying us within 5 days from receipt of delivery (Special editions cannot be exchanged for a different size). Goods cannot be exchanged later than 20 days after receiving them. Goods for exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Customers need to contact by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide their order number and the size they would need in exchange. Shipping expenses on exchanges are not covered. Shoes cannot be exchanged if it is not on inventory. No exchangable for store cash.
How to Exchange
Qualifying orders (US) can exchange the shoes to Bachelor Shoes. After receiving our email with the confirmation of exchange, ship your goods to Bachelor Shoes (always ask for a receipt to your carrier when dropping off your returned items). Bachelor Shoes cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage receipt and tracking number. Write your order number on the outside of the outer box not the shoe box itself (number must be visible to speed the exchange process).
In case of international orders please ship your goods and optain proof of postage ( tracking is highly recommended). Shipping costs will not be covered by Bachelor Shoes.
We will ship the desired size within five days after Bachelor Shoes received and inspectd the returned product from you. Shoes that are not in perfect condition will be returned to you and the exchange will be canceled. We will not cover a third shipment for the same order.
Shipping Expenses on exchanges will not be covered on international orders (Outside of US)

Right to Return

Delivery and Delay
We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware, and advised as to whether the delivery can be made and when or whether the product(s) are sold out.
Guarantee & Warranty
Our guarantee in no way limits warranty claim deadlines for goods in accordance with the consumer purchasing law. The claim deadline for shoes is one month from the time you took possession of the goods. All our watches are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the time of purchase. This guarantee is limited and does not include the wear due to daily use of the case and leather/nylon straps.
World Shipping & Tracking
Bachelor Shoes will not change the shipping address while the shoes are in production for Special editions. Shoes will ship to the address provided when the order was placed.
Your shoes will normally be shipped from Bachelor Shoes within 3 working days (on the third business day for orders made after 4:00PM central time). Ready to wear items will be sent to you using USPS on USA orders and FedEx for international orders.
We are not responsible for any delays USPS or FedEx might have. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Special Edition shoes will be shipped from Spain using UPS after 5 weeks of ordering them.
Use of Personal Information
We only use personal information, as provided to us by you, that is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you. Information will not be given to a third party or used for other purposes without your permission.
Inspection of Products
Once you have received the products, you should, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transportation, or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us as soon as you have placed an order. Please check your spam folder if no email is received soon after placing your order. Read this carefully and confirm that the order confirmation agrees with your order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Please keep our email as your proof of order.

However, we reserve our rights against errors which may arise and may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at www.bachelorshoes.com, in our marketing, or in any other way. We reserve our rights to withdraw products from our website and revise the website and its contents.
Custom & Import Duties
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country with exception to order made from India. Orders made from India will require duties paid in advance. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Bachelor Shoes is not responsible for any import duties or fees charged upon arrival. Shipment is sent with Duties Unpaid.
USA Law governs consumer purchases.
If the products have defects or items are missing you may, according to the circumstances request; a re-delivery, a refund, or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report defects of the products in writing and providing evidence such as pictures. There is a two-week claim deadline. We will confirm in writing the receipt of all claims. We will also confirm in writing the receipt of all goods returned to us.
Special Editions workshop Disclaimer:
Hand-made production time requires 4 weeks to complete. Undestandably, since all shoes ordered through special editions tab are made specifically for every customer, returns, exchanges, store credit or refund cannot be accepted. We only refund because of a production mistake or in the first two days of ordering.
