EXCHANGE POLICY

Right to Exchange

You may exchange any products you have ordered at our website notifiying us within 5 days from receipt of delivery (Special editions cannot be exchanged for a different size). Goods cannot be exchanged later than 20 days after receiving them. Goods for exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Customers need to contact by email to info@bachelorshoes.com and provide their order number and the size they would need in exchange. Shipping expenses on exchanges are not covered.

How to Exchange

Qualifying orders (US) can exchange the shoes to Bachelor Shoes. After receiving our email with the confirmation of exchange, ship your goods to Bachelor Shoes (always ask for a receipt to your carrier when dropping off your returned items). Bachelor Shoes cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage receipt and tracking number. Write your order number on the outside of the outer box not the shoe box itself (number must be visible to speed the exchange process). 

In case of international orders please ship your goods and optain proof of postage ( tracking is highly recommended). Shipping costs will not be covered by Bachelor Shoes.

We will ship the desired size within five days after Bachelor Shoes received and inspectd the returned product from you. Shoes that are not in perfect condition will be returned to you and the exchange will be canceled. We will not cover a third shipment for the same order.

Shipping Expenses on exchanges will not be covered on international orders (Outside of US)

If the size calculator tool was used the shoe will fit perfectly. Please use this tool before purchasing.
